Business and Operations Support
Ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

With more than two decades of experience in the nautical and maritime industry, I have built my career supporting high-performance teams behind the scenes. My background includes participation in two America’s Cup editions in operations and logistics, coordination within an R&D department at a composite rigging company, and several years managing yacht logistics. As Business and Operations Support, I’m responsible for all aspects of the office environment that fall outside the technical scope. My goal is to keep things organized and running smoothly, simplifying day-to-day operations so the team can focus fully on innovation and performance.
